The Green Seed Company shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. The Green Seed Company cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated on the website. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
The Green Seed Company endeavours to check the accuracy of the information on this site. However, The Green Seed Company does not warrant that such information will be error free and the user acknowledges that information, products and services published on this web site may include inaccuracies and typological errors.
Prices:
Prices are correct at time of publishing. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.
Portrayal of Products:
While every effort has been made to ensure that all product information is correct, slight variations may occur. The Green Seed Company cannot accept responsibility for any errors made.
All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colours dependent on the calibration and settings of individual screens.
Images accompanying descriptions of seeds are for illustration purposes only and do not necessarily represent the variety of seed being sold.
Availability:
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available.
Payment:
Payment for all orders placed via our website will be processed by PayPal. You will be redirected to PayPal's secure site to complete the checkout process and will be given the option of paying by PayPal account (if applicable) or using a debit or credit card. The invoice address must match that of your card statement address and a home telephone number is required.
We also accept debit/credit card orders by phone.
Cancellation:
You are entitled to cancel your order if you wish providing you act within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. If you wish to exercise this right prior to dispatch of goods please email info@thegreenseedcompany.com. If your order has already been dispatched please follow our returns information.
Delivery:
We aim to dispatch seed and garden sundry orders within 2-3 days of receipt of order, however, please allow up to 10 working days. Delivery is subject to payment/credit clearance and stock availability. Deliveries are via Royal Mail.
Very rarely, an item may be temporarily out of stock. We will inform you if this is the case as soon we have received your order and advise you of a delivery date.
Carriage costs are based on the value of your order, exclusive of P&P, as follows:
For orders up to £14.99, P&P is charged at £2.50. For orders between £15.00 and £49.99 in value, P&P is £5.00, for those from £50.00 to £74.99, the P&P charge is £7.50 and for orders of between £75.00 to £124.99, P&P is £10.00. Orders of £125.00 and over are packaged and delivered free of charge.
We are currently only able to deliver to UK addresses, i.e. Scotland, including Scottish Islands, England, Wales, Northern Ireland. Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
Returns:
If for any reason you are not delighted with your goods and would like to return them, please telephone us quoting your receipt number within 7 working days from the day after you receive your order. Items must be returned in their original condition and with the original packaging.
Please obtain proof of posting when returning goods, as claims for lost returns parcels without proof of posting will not be accepted. We are unable to refund the cost of postage. We try to process returns as quickly as possible however please allow up to 28 days.

Every effort is made to ensure that this website is free from viruses and defects however, this cannot be guaranteed. The Green Seed Company shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

We make every effort to make sure your personal data is secure, including your name and address. We do not hold credit card information. Debit and credit card payment is made through PayPal's secure website.

If you have shopped with us we will hold your name, address, telephone number and email address. We will also hold the delivery address(es) for your orders. We use the information we hold on your records for operational purposes; for example processing your order, dealing with queries, tracking deliveries, reviewing past purchases.
