Carriage costs are based on the value of your order, exclusive of P&P, as follows.
For orders up to £16.00, P&P is charged at £2.50. For orders between £16.01 and £49.99 in value, P&P is £5.00, for those from £50.00 to £74.99, the P&P charge is £7.50 and for orders of between £75.00 to £124.99, P&P is £10.00. Orders of £125.00 and over are packaged and delivered free of charge.
Sorry, but we are currently only able to deliver to UK addresses, i.e. Scotland, including Scottish Islands, England, Wales, Northern Ireland. Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch seed and garden sundry orders within 2-3 days of receipt of order, however, please allow up to 10 working days. Delivery is subject to payment/cheque clearance and stock availability. Deliveries are via Royal Mail.
Very rarely, an item may be temporarily out of stock. We will inform you if this is the case as soon we have received your order and advise you of a delivery date.
We aim to dispatch funeral favours within 2 working days of receipt of order. Delivery is subject to payment/credit clearance. Payment by cheque will delay this process as we will only despatch goods once your cheque has cleared. Deliveries are via Royal Mail.
Dispatch dates for orders of all other types of favours will be agreed with the customer.
