Ordering through our website is easy and secure. Simply add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and proceed to checkout. Payment for all orders placed via our website will be processed by PayPal. You will be redirected to PayPal's secure site to complete the checkout process and will be given the option of paying by PayPal account (if applicable) or using a debit or credit card.
You are also welcome to order by calling us on 0844 357 5734 or emailing us at email@example.com and we will invoice you, allowing you the option to pay by bank transfer.

We use recycled and environmentally friendly packaging where possible. Our seed packets, bubble bags and cardboard boxes can all be recycled. Even the labels we use on our seed packets and envelopes are FSC certified and fully recyclable with water based adhesive.
Carriage costs are based on the value of your order, exclusive of P&P, as follows.
For orders up to £14.99, P&P is charged at £2.50. For orders between £15.00 and £49.99 in value, P&P is £5.00, for those from £50.00 to £74.99, the P&P charge is £7.50 and for orders of between £75.00 to £124.99, P&P is £10.00. Orders of £125.00 and over are packaged and delivered free of charge.
Sorry, but we are currently only able to deliver to UK addresses, i.e. Scotland, including Scottish Islands, England, Wales, Northern Ireland. Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

We aim to dispatch seed and garden sundry orders within 2-3 days of receipt of order, however, please allow up to 10 working days. Delivery is subject to payment and stock availability. Deliveries are via Royal Mail.
Very rarely, an item may be temporarily out of stock. We will inform you if this is the case as soon we have received your order and advise you of a delivery date.
